As a Transaction Paralegal / VDR specialist, you are responsible for streamlining and assisting in M ​​& A's projects. You are responsible for the administrative part of the sales and buying process and act as a link between lawyers, clients and the data room. The role includes involving the Project Assistants in the work. You are also responsible for training internally and externally (advisor and third party). You evaluate and have ongoing contact with data room providers to be able to assist with advice regarding the best data room solution.

The tasks include:

• Client contact in buying and selling processes
• Structure and manage virtual data rooms
• Supervise Project Assistants
• Ballpark for the lawyers around the start-up of projects but also continuously during projects
• Review and evaluate all data room providers available on the market
• Responsible for contact with computer room providers
• Make an initial review of the material during sales and buying processes
