Requirements:

• Pleasant Personality with excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Knowledge in telephone etiquette
• Should be able to work irregular hours independently under minimum or no supervision.
• Should be able to work in a computerized environment
• Should be a self-driven, target oriented, individual with a can-do attitude.
• Age between 18 - 30

Responsibilities:

• Manage phone calls, student enquiries/complaints diligently 
• Prepare and maintain proper records on inquiries and provide reports to the department head. 
• Conduct online verifications and collect documents Update and maintain the database effectively. 
• Assist and follow up with the students during the onboarding process.
