Learning Hub, is our new digital learning platform for blended learning delivery solutions. Learning Hub helps educators (schools, colleges, training providers) deliver online short courses and mobile optimised learning content to support learners' employability skills and knowledge development and help them progress in their career journey. Our digital learning content supports BTEC qualifications such as Business, Marketing and Sports as well as content to support apprenticeships off the job training, other vocational qualifications and training programmes.

About the role

This is an exciting role in which you will develop and execute lead- generation and awareness marketing campaigns to grow our digital learning solutions revenues among our key B2I (educator) audiences. Together with the Senior Marketing Manager and Product/Sector Marketing Leads you will help create a solid leads pipeline for our Digital offer.

The role can be a hybrid position and split between home and the London or Oxford office. Alternatively, a remote contract may be considered.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building innovative, measurable campaign plans and performance reports to share with key internal stakeholders

  • Executing those plans through marketing campaigns multi-channel campaigns (e.g., print, DM, email, social, sales, web content, PPC, display, events, etc).

  • Proactive monitoring & analysis of campaign performance data to ensure marketing effectiveness & drive performance

  • Ensuring efficient and timely deployment of all campaigns, delivered with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ensuring all communications are technically accurate, include key messages which optimise engagement, demonstrating strong copywriting & proofing skills, creativity and excellent communications with a customer-focused mindset and a 'can do' attitude.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

You will be a customer-focused marketer who is happy to get stuck in, enjoys collaborating with others to develop and deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and content. The key skills we are looking for are:

  • Experience of planning, developing and delivering B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns, ideally to deliver direct revenue or lead generation.

  • Confidence in campaign tracking and evaluation including data analytics

  • Great copywriting skills

  • A strong sense of teamwork with an ability to build & maintain strong stakeholder relationships plus strong communication skills

  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail

  • A positive and proactive attitude, and a passion for education and learning, both as an industry and for your own development

  • Ability to plan and prioritise work effectively
