The Role
Work with a collaborative, hardworking and highly engaged team owning the creation and delivery of digital marketing content on Fidelity.com and our mobile app!
Deepen relationships with millions of customers by developing strategies to support digital marketing and service campaigns. Use customer insights, testing and learning to improve our communications and deliver a more robust customer experience that drives business results.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Ability to lead multiple projects at once with an outstanding level of detail orientation
Strong project management and decision-making skills
Experience developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (for a large and/or regulated company is highly preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and to communicate (written/verbal), and effectively influence all levels of the organization
Experience interpreting customer data and generating insights to determine the effectiveness of communications
Comfortable working with marketing technology to build, test and launch new capabilities
Comfortable working with data & analytics teams to design and implement a/b tests
Familiarity with content personalization, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence
A talent to thrive in a fast-paced environment and are easily adaptable to change
Familiar with all marketing channels (paid media, email, social media, search, etc)
Experience with Agile principles a plus
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 years professional experience and strong financial services experience
The Team
The Senior Manager role will be a key member of a cross-functional Fidelity.com Marketing team which is part of the broader Personal Investing (PI) Marketing Channels organization. This team is responsible for the ongoing strategy and operations of the digital marketing and service content on our customer-facing website and mobile app. This team works with many different teams throughout the organization, including but not limited to: product owners, creative, technology, measurement & analytics, legal, and content publishing.
