The Opportunity
- Support and build positive relationships with our product development teams and other cross-functional teams.
- Assist in drafting and negotiating technology licensing agreements.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments under the mentorship of our privacy subject matter leads and Legal Counsel.
- Assist with product launch processes, including technology release checklists and questionnaires.
- Coordinate with colleagues in Adobe Legal, including privacy, antitrust, marketing, and intellectual property attorneys.
- Assist in the development and delivery of materials and trainings to internal groups, including engineering, program management, and sales legal.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement throughout the entire product lifecycle.
What you\'ll Do

What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a legal professional, with software and online services industry experience; experience with copyright issues related to content preferred.
- A dedication to develop a deep understanding of the Creative Cloud business.
- Proficient at negotiating and drafting various technology license agreements, with assistance.
- Familiarity with intellectual property law (including software licensing, software-as-a-service, and open-source software), privacy law and data security issues.
- An approachable, easygoing, and flexible manner with a sense of humor.
- Candidate must enjoy working on a team and also be able to self-start and work independently.
- Candidate must be thorough, detailed, efficient, and responsive to teammates and clients.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to balance multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to exercise common sense to provide both practical and theoretical input; must be a creative problem solver.
