Senior Finance Analyst – FP&A

Our FP&A team plays an integral role in supporting the business in making the decisions to help us become the world's number-one destination for fashion-loving 20-somethings.

As a Senior Finance Analyst within the FP&A team you will have the responsibility of partnering with the business and other finance teams to deliver accurate budgets, forecasts and reporting and learning the skills required to further progress your career.

What you’ll be doing…

• Acting as a finance business partner to other Finance teams, Strategy team, and Investor Relations, assisting in strategic planning & analysis.

• Delivering robust forecasts and budgets, challenging figures to ensure accuracy.

• Providing insightful market analysis, highlighting key areas of opportunity and risk.

• Responsibility for the consolidation of key business KPIs for use of the Operating Board.

• Ad hoc analysis and modelling to inform business making decisions.

We’d love to meet someone with…

• An accounting qualification (preferably CIMA, ACCA or ACA).

• Business partnering experience.

• A proven ability to plan and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines.

• A strong financial modelling and analytical skills.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• A high standard of accuracy with financial and statistical data.

• An ability to organise own work and to take initiative.

• An ability to determine insightful observations from detail for management attention.

• Commercial awareness.

• Good communication/ interpersonal and influencing skills.

• A flexible approach and open to change.

• Ability to be proactive within a fast-paced dynamic environment.
