When it comes to improvement of existing processes, you will develop new ideas and optimize them by considering all relevant aspects Your playing field:You influence the success and make a difference to all quality and training related aspects within the CO department, by having an eye for the big picture.Your goal is to excel every day and create new processes that help to improve not only performance and efficiency but also training and quality methodologies.You therefore continuously evaluate and re-design processes and analyze the result.You live the spirit of #oneteam, as you work closely with your manager and other departments and lead changes in collaboration with stakeholders.

Along with your experience in Customer Service, come your iGaming experience as well, to better understand the business and fit the customer’s needs.
