Amazon is looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented Program Manager, Space Planning with a strong customer focus, ownership, and analytical skills. You will help execute, and deliver on detailed plans, timelines and communicate to leadership on status, risks, and process changes. You will need exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, and fast-paced business environment, operating across multiple teams and levels in the organization.


Key job responsibilities
The Program Manager is responsible for:
· Creating and delivering floor plans for Amazon Fresh Stores.
· Managing floor plan changes including new store launches and resets.
· Collaborating cross functionally to maintain the day to day critical path activities, ensuring key deadlines are met.
· Driving continuous improvement, utilising tracking mechanisms to ensure data driven choices are made that provide the highest possible CX.
· Working closely with the Merchandising team ensuring there are planograms created for all space variances.
· Development and presentation of analytics and KPIs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of professional or military experience
· Proven experience independently identifying and delivering operational improvement project
· Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
· Experience in start-up or new projects and an ability to deliver results where there is ambiguity
· Experience of designing and implementing new processes and customer programmes
· An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong experience of space planning software for floorplan production
· Familiarity with databases and SQL
· Comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools
. Ability to learn new tools quickly
