The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 8+ years experience working with or in Agile/Scrum teams with an excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum practices
• Jira experience required; Jira Align experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree/undergraduate degree/equivalent required
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required
• Possess excellent communication and people-interaction skills and can rapidly build trust and positively influence others at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate a continuous improvement approach
• Proven change agent capable of coaching Agile practices to teams and individuals from across different functions, experiences and geographies as they work through new and unfamiliar situations
• Effective facilitator and can brainstorm with the team to generate solutions that address challenges and roadblocks to accelerating value delivery
• Intellectually curious and passionate about learning new skills, and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring and coaching
• Experience leading, coaching, influencing, and collaborating in a matrixed environment
• Comfortable leading squads with a broad set of technologies, including database stored procedures, ETL technologies like Informatica, AWS, and programming languages such as Python and Java
• A passion to learn new things, especially Asset Management and Fixed Income investing
• You are self-motivated, driven, and have a strong client focus and results orientation approach
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services a plus
• Deliver time-to-market solutions, helping business partners use technology in an exploratory, highly iterative environment
• Help our investment teams evolve their investment processes, to meet both short-term needs and long-term trends, through the use of technology
• You will collaborate with Architecture, Data Services and other Technology Teams to improve the performance and scalability of our applications and workflows
