As a part of group products and service team, you will be the champion of insurance product portfolio success, leading the commercial squad as the product owner with defined KPIs (key performance indicators). Insurance commercial squad consists of members from group, local markets, technology, marketing, external technology partners, base and channel management functions.  As the product owner of the squad, you will lead squad  to deliver; commercial (revenue, attachment rate, margin, customer base, new policy sales), customer base management and life-cycle, channel and marketing activities based on defined commercial and other KPIs. You will work very closely with local country product, marketing, sales teams, group product and platform managers.

This is highly visible and impactful role within insurance team, a key element of the role is to have great communication skills and ensure close relation between various stakeholders, team members in Vodafone Group,, local markets  and other support internal and external teams. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, can do attitude, ambition to drive big outcomes are key to success in this role.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Lead all commercial activities (Revenue, customer base, margin, insurance attachment rate) and KPI management in all channels (Retail, Digital, Telesales, online)
• Constantly monitor, track customer commercial results with local and group stakeholders to ensure all insurance targets are exceeded
• Analyse local market trends, perform competitive analysis and constantly propose new ways of increasing customer numbers, revenues, margin uplift and overall customer happiness across insurance markets
• Understand country’s specific channel structures; work closely with stakeholders to prioritize insurance in all channels.
• Use analytics and business performance data from local and group teams to support growth decisions specific to country (marketing, product, channel, etc),
• Engage with all senior stakeholders in group and local markets as the champion of the commercial squad
• Constantly look new areas of growth, commercial models to grow business
