This is what we offer you:

• Weekly pay.
• As a teacher support staff you earn a salary in accordance with primary education (Education Support Staff); Scale 7/8 between €1983 to €3406, depending on the number of years of experience in education.
• Personal guidance and contact with me as your contact person.
• The opportunity to develop further through the Maan® Academy. For example, would you like to become a teacher? We offer various options for further training as a teacher supporter for the position of teacher.
• Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer (fully covering costs).

Job requirements

• You have a propaedeuse PABO or completed HBO-Pedagogy;
• You have experience in education (this can also be through internships);
• You have a great empathy and like to apply this to your students;
• You have a passion for child development.
