Job Description

  1. Control of minutes, powers, contracts.
  2. Responsible for procedures with the law firm for powers of attorney, revocations, registrations and modifications to the minutes.
  3. Responsible for the preparation of all contracts, obtaining licenses, permits or other authorizations necessary for the operation of the corporate.
  4. Responsible for paperwork, procedures, renewals and cancellations before Notaries, Public Registry of Property and Commerce, Local Conciliation and Arbitration Board, SEMARNAT, Profeco, or any authority.
  5. Responsible for protecting the corporate operation.
  6. Responsible for complying with the tax obligations of the company and the litigation of fines and other tax credits that may be incurred.
  7. Procedural follow-up for union aspects.
  8. Prepare records of loss, attend summonses and release Company vehicles in case of accidents.
  9. Support to the Administration and Finance Department for the negotiation of the various lease and sublease contracts entered into in the corporate office.
  10. Support to HR to terminate employees before the Local Conciliation Board.
  11. Support for all corporate employees who have been assigned a vehicle, in the event of an accident, accompanying them to the Public Ministry if necessary and following up on the matter to recover the car, as well as protecting them from any criminal or civil implication , registration and cancellation of plates, regularization of documents, replacement of the same in case of loss, special permits, as well as the calculation and payment of the tax on vehicle ownership.
  12. Processing of various lawsuits before the Criminal, Civil, Commercial and administrative authorities.
  13. Processing of the powers of attorney and documentation necessary for the registration of trademarks and trade names owned by the corporation, including their purchase and assignment.
  14. Research in the Public Registry of Property and Commerce of all those states of the Republic where a branch is located, the legal situation of the real estate and land that the stores occupy or will occupy, or those that are granted as collateral yes such as obtaining certificates of freedom from encumbrances or any other required document.
