Your Responsibilities

• Provide OVIVO's operations in EU, UK, Middle East and Asia with legal support by reviewing, modifying and negotiating equipment supply and service contract terms and conditions with customers and suppliers in order to protect OVIVO and its affiliates from unreasonable exposure to liability.• Provide support with privacy law and intellectual property related issues in the EMEA region, as well as other general legal counsel for OVIVO operations, as directed by Senior Legal Counsel.• Contribute to the development of new best practice processes to improve current ways of working.Your Skills and Assets• University law degree, ideally with bar admission and 3 years working experience in a comparable, international industry/environment (corporate, commercial and contract law)• Experience with GDPR and other privacy-related laws in the EMEA region.• Experience reviewing and drafting distribution and license agreements as well as providing legal counsel on other intellectual property-related issues.• Good communication and negotiating skills for interacting with management, colleagues and suppliers• Skilled in the detailed preparation, analysis and dissemination of information• Innovative and capable of looking for improvements• Ability to fluently speak and write in English on a professional level, additional languages are an asset• Ability to travel throughout Europe and overseas, as requested from time to time• An unrestricted work-permit for Austria is necessary (please attach to your application in case you are a Non-EU-citizen).• Driving License BWhat we offer• An interesting and varied job in an exciting and innovative organization• International work environment• Attractive employment conditions as well as possibilities for personal development• Entry date after mutual agreement
