Main Responsibilities:•
Corporate Governance: Support to prepare, review, manage legal documents and relative daily legal affairs for Corporates' operation;• Legal Procurement Management: Support legal procurement and management;• Legal Research: Conduct legal search and research on required topics;• Contract Review: Review contracts with suppliers, partners and customers;• Others: Support other general legal affairs relating to WEU legal department.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of corporate law, contract law and other civil law. Knowledge of EU law is preferable;• Capacity in legal research;• Working proficiency in English, Chinese language skill is a plus;• Great communication skills, spirit of teamwork, passion and sense of responsibility.
