In line with our upcoming expansions, we are in the lookout for a passionate individual to join the GAMMA Family to support, maintain and manage the provision of effective and efficient Legal support and services.

Primary Responsibilities 

• Draft, vet, attest and registration of lease agreements pertaining to real estate properties.
• Provide legal advice to the company on business, statutory and regulatory matters while formulating and updating the legal process to fall in line with new legislations 
• Advise and support the organization in mitigating business challenges through extensive legal research. 
• Represent the organization in relevant statutory, regulatory and trade organizations 
• Represent the company in matters pertaining to litigation
• Carry out company secretarial activities for the company 
• Liaising with the legal and secretarial teams of the parent company and sister companies.

Desired Candidate Profile 

• Attorney-at-law & Notary Public preferably with a bachelor's degree in law (LL.B) or equivalent 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a high level of exposure to lease agreements / real estate
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (both verbal & written) is essential 
• Should possess the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
