The Role

Do you desire to create learner-centric experiences that marries the science of learning and practical application? If your answer is yes, then your next position might be the Talent and Learning Experience Consultant on the WI, Healthcare, and APS Talent and Learning team.

We are looking for individuals who crave collaboration and thrive on innovation to join our team in modernizing how Fidelity associates learn by defining the learner experience and exploring technological capabilities that promote growth, scale, and efficiency!

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Bachelors or equivalent with 5+ years of experience or Masters with 3+ years of experience.

5+ years of experience in instructional design and content development of online learning, classroom learning, and virtual learning in a corporate setting.

Design and develop learner-center experiences and programs that incorporate sound instructional design methodologies and UX design with practical application, especially for highly complex and high-profile projects and program ownership.

Ability to develop and maintain highly complex relationships

Proven evaluation and assessment strategies that demonstrate the value and impact of the learning solutions to close performance gaps and change behavior.

Use of design thinking for innovative learning solutions that focus on leaner needs to change performance behaviors.

Collaborating with peers and performance consultants to deliver solutions that solve business problems and opportunities.

Research and development expertise of internal and external learning organizations.

Growth mindset to mentor and coach others to ensure learning solutions met industry standards.

Experience in financial services preferred.

Analytical skills to evaluate and measure the value the learning solutions provides to the business.

Design thinking skills continuously challenge and modernize the Fidelity learning experience.

Problem solving skills to identify and create learning solutions to close performance gaps and change behavior.

Strong communication and influencing skills to consult with performance consultants, HRBP, and subject matter experts for the best learning solution to meet the needs of the business.

Knowledge of adult learning principles with instructional design methodologies and techniques.

Project management skills to complete deliverables using ADDIE/SAM models.

Direct experience with building modern content using dominKnow Flow, Storyline 360, Rise 360 preferred.
