Shaping tomorrow’s talent as a Learning Coordinator for Capita Learning:

Capita Learning are looking for a Learning Coordinator to join their team and facilitate the delivery of training events, working with suppliers to deliver programmes of work whilst keeping to budget and maintaining excellent customer service.

Working with key stakeholders you will identify learning needs and work on the best way to deliver these, providing options and alternatives to allow them to have the best training experience. Working with the planning team you will have these booked in and then evaluate after the training has been delivered.

This is a role based on site at the BMW site as part of the wider Capita team, you will working within a supportive and knowledgeable team there to provide support when needed, this is a twelve month fixed term contract.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing methods and materials for training organizational staff;

  • Preparing curriculum for lectures, group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops.

  • Evaluating learning course delivery, measuring learning results, and recommending learning program changes.

  • Providing subject matter expertise/assistance in the development of instructional media design packages, training program structure documents, and other necessary training items as required.

  • Researching new training methods and determining relevancy to company employees.

What we’re looking for:

  • Ideally a background in training or learning in a corporate environment

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to work within a team based environment and use own initiative where necessary

  • Strong administrative background

  • Good customer service skills

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
