You will carry out independent legal investigations, prepare consultation responses and counseling. A large part of the work is continuous labor law counseling to both negotiation teams and managers ranging from daily operational matters to complex legal issues. You will negotiate key out-of-court disputes. Because we have many issues to deal with that span a wide range of fields, you must enjoy a great variety of tasks, while you get to know the various parts of the SAS group across Scandinavia. You will receive regular training and participate in professional networks. As part of the labor law section, you will join in monitoring labor law and related issues domestically and within the European Union.
You must have a Master of law degree from an accredited university, and a minimum of 3-5 years proven experience as a corporate representative in employment law disputes, with special emphasize on collective labor law. Applicants who have worked in an employer association are encouraged to apply.
