ABOUT THE JOB
- You will be responsible for the coordination of hiring TUI Musement colleagues in the UK post-verbal offer including:
- Initial process mapping, production of management checklists, simplifying and removing non-value add activity – we anticipate that this role will evolve as ways of working become more efficient
- Liaising between UK&I HR, Payroll, Reward and Recruitment & Talent Acquisition as a central point of contact for hiring managers and HR once a verbal offer has been accepted.
- Responsible for end-to-end transactional administration hiring tasks such as coordinating right to work in the UK documents, and ensuring completion of all necessary steps to successfully hire a colleague efficiently in the UK e.g. contract template checking (and associated addendums such as insurance and data security depending on country of placement) setting up post numbers, issuing and tracking contracts via Success Factors.
- Working collaboratively with both the TUI Musement Recruiters and HR Administrators.
- Providing additional support to the HR Administrators who are responsible for all elements of the employee journey such as Occupational Health and Permanent Health Insurance referrals (with support from the Senior HR Advisors), administering our Company Car scheme, monitoring/tracking ongoing VISA statuses, actioning Data Subject Access Requests, sending out regular PULSE and Leaver surveys, IR35 Contractor administration and other ad-hoc project support as required.
ABOUT YOU
- Highly organised, efficient and good attention to detail
- A desire to improve ways of working and drive some positive change
- Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills – this role will require the ideal candidate to reach out to a wide range of stakeholders and candidates
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to work autonomously using initiative where required
- Previous experience as an administrator – excellent PC skills – Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Basic process mapping & knowledge of UK hiring administration is desirable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and act professionally at all times
- Happy to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a virtual international team
