Northrop Grumman has an opening for a GBSD Principal Tech Editor and Writer / Sr. Principal Tech Editor and Writer to support weapon system-based training. This position supports the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Support Systems Team (SST). This position will be located in Roy, Utah.

What You’ll Get To Do:
This requisition may be filled at either a Principal level or level Sr. Principal level.
Principal Tech Editor and Writer level: 6 Years with Bachelors; 4 Years with Masters in technical editing and writing or English Literature.
Sr. Principal Tech Editor and Writer level: 10 Years with Bachelors; 8 Years with Masters in technical editing and writing or English Literature.
Experience working across varied customer and or technical disciplines.
Experience with configuration management, strong writing and editing skills, including ability to manipulate usage and grammar.
Experiencing querying authors for clarity and compliance purposes.
Experience in Microsoft Word, MS excel, and PowerPoint (for the purpose of editing electronically).
Candidate must possess an active interim DoD Secret security and have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance and be able to maintain that clearance.
Candidate must have the ability to obtain and retain Special Program access clearance within 365 days from submission.

Salary Range: $65,800 USD - $98,800 USD
Salary Range 2: $81,600 USD - $122,400 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
