We are early-stage startup that's dreaming big and a mission to remove compromises from the snacking segment to promote real, nutritious, and delicious food on the go.We are looking for enforcements in Finance & Operations, and – in case you identify yourself in the profile described below - we want you! Requirements for the role:

• Undergraduate degree – ideally in economics, business, or finance – at or near completion• 2 – 3 years of experience in a financial and/ or operations role, in the financial industry or financial consulting• Fluency or working knowledge of Croatian• Great critical thinking and data processing skills. You should be the kind of person that looks for patterns in the movement of butterflies when going for a walk.• Fanatical organization skills. Plenty of operational tasks await, and you need to be immaculately organized, both to track your own work as well as others’.• Persuasion, confidence and personal drive. Effortlessly asserting yourself as a capable peer in terms of work ethic and winning the sympathies of high-ranking people you interact with.Job responsibilities:• Upgrade of financial and commercial analytics and identifying key business metrics to monitor on ongoing basis• Investor relations and fundraising support, including background research, preparation of marketing materials, scheduling, conducting meetings• Establishing a structured administrative process and ensuring up to date business documentation, including corporate filings, reports, compliance papers, etc.• Owning activities across cash collection cycle (inventory oversight, invoicing, and receivables collection)• Central point of contact between professional service providers (mostly external accounting & legal teams)• Getting cozy with ERP program as well as introduction of extra IT programs or solutions, necessary for the scaling the business
