Our Sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.Apple is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to join our EMEIA Channel team. In this role, you will support the management, evolution and expansion of Apple’s Channel partner programs to accelerate the adoption of Apple products and services in Enterprise.You will collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create integrated plans that scale the business and adoption of the Apple ecosystem.You will also be focused on elevating consistency and quality of partner services and offerings within EMEIA markets by working with Apple Enterprise services and country teams to define enablement tracks, create solutions, develop geo-specific programs / offers, and transform the way people work.

Description
In this role, you will:Drive the Channel Sales Program ‘Apple Authorised Enterprise Reseller’ [AAER] to expand adoption of the Apple ecosystem in the Enterprise and B2B segments.Partner with country teams and our key Channel partners to align Apple and the partner’s growth strategies.Identify and implement innovative business development and sales strategies to drive partner growth and profitability by utilising the entire portfolio of Apple products and services.Collaborate with a wide range of Apple internal teams to create regional Channel solutions, programs and offers.Provide guidance on quarterly activities, review investment plans and assess overall effectiveness.Ensure partner program consistency and compliance driving partner auditing and re-assessments processes.Partner cross-functionally to establish and report key performance indicators, track program results against intended business outcomes.Develop criteria for replication and scale of best practices across the organisation.
Education & Experience
You have deep experience deploying and managing Channel Sales Programs and developing growth strategies for channel partners; or similar experience having executed programs or projects for businesses, that balanced delivering on short-term goals, while creating sustainable value for customers and partner demand for the future. You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
