• Have a Bachelor’s degree;
• Have leadership experience (i.e., leadership position on a club or team; experience overseeing/managing people);
• Have experience working with kids (i.e., camp counselor; after-school program coordinator; tutor); and
• Have a rigorous and relevant academic major.
