Primary Job Responsibilities :

Review, track, and monitor litigation involving the company’s portfolio companies

Manage the dissemination of periodic compliance reports to employees, and compliance training materials relating to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940

Work with the COO and CCO in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings required by regulatory authorities

Assist with the implementation of the firm’s Code of Ethics and regulatory compliance programs

Assist with development, maintenance and updating of legal and compliance systems

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have the following experience:

2+ years of experience as a paralegal, supporting a corporation on their in-house legal team, or at a law firm

Experience in corporate and legal compliance

Strong attention to detail
