KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
â— Controls documented information, and assists in the implementation and maintenance of document control processes and procedures.
â— Assists in the inventory of documents and implements established document controlprocesses and procedures.
â— Coordinates with document owners on the proper handling of documents andinformation
â— Performs internal audits
â— Plans and implements information security strategies
â— Ad hoc tasks the Compliance Manager may assign.
QUALIFICATIONS
â— Bachelor's or Associate degree holder, preferably in IT, Business Administration, Management Accounting, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent degrees.
â— At least 2-3 years experience in ISO management system implementation, consultancy, or auditing (PCI DSS working knowledge preferred)
Must be familiar with internal quality auditing and management systems
â— Highly exposed in ISO certification preparations, internal audits, and management reviews
â— Must be willing to work night shifts.
â— Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
â— Good communication and interpersonal skills
â— Detail-oriented and organized
