Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Support legal entity reporting process, including but not limited to, following up, as necessary, to close gaps in missing information and documents, reconciling reports, reviewing documents and tracking receipt of documents
- Document review/uploads and execute data entry to legal entity management database. Oversees preparation of metrics or reports. Conduct system reconciliation for legal entity management
- Support legal entity management-related projects & handle various Office of Corporate Secretary operations support requests
- Serves as liaison with assigned business areas and/or outside counsel and other vendors in coordinating and managing legal projects and requests.
- Analyzes legal documents and conducts legal research to facilitate compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to manage legal responsibilities, Provides comprehensive legal research and analysis concerning a variety of complex legal issues.
- To provide efficient and accurate paralegal services & Support in regulatory filings in a timely manner
- Identifies and implements enhancements to Company Secretary and legal team processes.
Educational Requirements
