We want both employers and jobseekers to have the best experience possible. Which is why we have certain guidelines.
When posting a job follow these guidelines:
- The job posted must be from a legitimate company!
- The post be complete including all relevant details
- You can not offer a wage which is under the minimum wage of your country
- Language must be appropriate (no harmful, inappropriate or discriminatory language)
- Personal contact details can not be shown
- weblinks are not allowed!
What is not accepted:
- Asking for an up front payment before starting the job
- Gambling, Trading & Crypto related
- Offering a Partnership or a franchisee
- Anything containing sexual, unethical or discrimination information
- advertising
Once your account is all set up and verified it is very easy to post a job.
1st: On your profile go to your jobs
2nd: Go to post a job, you can either add a new one a duplicate one of your old job posts.
3rd: Make sure everything is filled out and no information is missing
4th: Don't forget to press POST
Once you have posted a job it will appear on your profile in "My jobs". There you have the option either to hide the post or to delete it.
If you hide it you will still be able to see who applied to your job, if you delete you can't anymore.

On your profile go to:
1st: Hidden Jobs
2nd: Search the Job you would like to activate again
3rd: Press on "Show"
The job will be back on your account ready for job seekers to apply too.
It is not a good idea to have your contact details displayed on your account. You never know who might be looking at your account and they might be misused.
Someone might spam your phone or email which will make you loose overview of important messages.
Writing a good job post is important to get the attention of great Job seekers.Â
Here are some tips:
1st: Make sure you have chosen the right category and sub-category. If you can't find the right sub-category you can press on "Other"
2nd: It is critical that you describe the job position accurately and properly. Try to describe every aspect of the job. Explain the benefits the employee will have working in that position. A great job description will get you great people!!
3rd: Make a short summary of your company, "About us". Talk about the work environment at your company, the culture, your mission and vision for the future, and so on.Â
4th: Including a picture in your post can also attract the attention from more job seekers. Putting a picture of the work place is also a good idea as they can imagine themselves there.Â
5th: It is important that you include the working hours and wage. Job seekers need to have this information as some might be juggling two jobs, go to Uni, and many other reasons. This way there will be no shock for the job seeker as they already know all the necessary information.Â

These are paid options, you can get 3 different types of labels which will prioritise your post:
- "Featured"
- "Urgent"
-"Highlighted"
