We are looking for a receptionist who is passionate about customer service and fluent in German. The figure will manage reservations, check-in and check-out, welcome customers and communicate with the other departments of the hotel.

Candidate profile:
- Minimum two years of experience as a 4 * / 5 * Hotel Receptionist
- Excellent command of English and German (both oral and written)
- Knowledge of software such as Opera / Fidelio / Protel
- References available
- Diploma or qualifications related to the position
- Ability to work in a team
