As a youth worker you ensure that you protect the family. A lot happens in the family. You make sure that everything runs smoothly. You switch between different parties and you are leading in this. You share your advice and dare to speak it out. You link between behavioral scientists and colleagues in order to arrive at good advice. You dare to say this to parents and children. You are socially skilled and know that everything revolves around the safety of the children. You can work independently and know how to get your advice clearly and structured on paper.

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

•  a diploma HBO-MWD or comparable education;
• · SKJ registered or the possibility to do so;
• · knowledge of the youth law and at least two years of work experience or life experience
• · Ability to work independently, systematically and in a team;
• · good oral and written expression skills;
• creativity
• · affinity with the target group;
