a. Responsible to ensure WWTP operation and maintenance is always in good operating conditions.
b. Ensure treated discharge water is within the regulatory specification (Standard A).
c. Carry out daily routine inspection and monitoring for WWTP and record all the WWTP reading in the log sheet.
d. Carry out preventive maintenance on all the related equipment according to the schedule set by superior / system.

e. Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance whenever there is breakdown or abnormal operation. Immediately report to superior on the issues and possible solutions.
f. Perform lab sampling analysis required to ensure WWTP is operating within the operating parameters.
g. Keep track of the spare parts, chemicals and consumables inventory and request for replenishment whenever required.
h. Responsible in ensuring all tools, consumables were kept and use correctly and always in good condition
i. Monitor and ensure chemicals and consumables stock are adequate and monitor the consumptions, dosing rate and adjust it to suit the plant operation accordingly.
j. To supervise and assist superior during Annual Servicing of WWTP equipment.
k. To issue permit to work and supervise vendors to ensure task that were carried out according to the scope, ESH and plant’s requirements.
l. Responsible in recording and monitoring of chemical consumption, incoming water and discharge water.
m. Responsible in tracking, coordinating and arranging incoming feed from area owner/production.
n. Responsible for TPM and 6S activity in WWTP area.
