Transportation Readiness  – Decatur, IL
This is an exempt level position.

Position Summary  
Workstream Lead Transportation Readiness  – Decatur, IL will manage the global Transportation workstream day-to-day and strategically to achieve Readiness program goals. The role will report to the President of Transportation.

Job Responsibilities

• Leads process of creating new ideas, seeking to exceed work stream goals, coaching Initiative Champions on strong business cases
• Deeply familiar with all Initiatives; manages workstream progress; identifies and works to remove roadblocks
• Ensures workstream meets RG-stage deadlines and goals
• Provides consistent support to Initiative Champions
• Ensures collaboration with key stakeholders including Transformation Office and Workstream Sponsors
• Drives TO meeting discussion to key issues: ensures the right people are present.
• Lead program/project management to drive change, acting as leader, manager, and mentor throughout different areas of the organization
• Scrutinizes work stream data and prepares weekly Steering Committee updates with Sponsor.
• Remove waste and low-value activities and recommend solutions
• Will handle all lease/finance management needs for ADM Trucking.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.                                                
• Leadership skills – Demonstrate leadership, motivational, and interpersonal development skills to coach and inspire other team members to give their best effort
• Analytical thinking – Critically evaluate individual processes and projects to ensure company resources and priorities are strategically deployed
• Organization skills – Spearhead planning and implementation stages of multiple projects in an organized manner to ensure targets are satisfied
• Communication skills – Lead effective presentations, meetings and trainings, and create clear and accurate reports
• Technical expertise – Utilize a variety of software, methods, and tools to drive success
• Team Player – Work effectively on cross functional teams and projects
• Some domestic and international travel will be required
• Familiarity of ADM AS&O and/or Transportation businesses & processes a plus.     

Relocation is available with this position.
