Who We Are:
Global Workplace is a department within The Coca-Cola Company. We plan, build and operate The Coca-Cola Company’s global workplaces and create state-of-the-art environments and experiences that engage our people, accelerate business growth, spark innovation and bring our brands to life in the workplace. We are responsible for cost effectively and collaboratively delivering workplace and real estate solutions worldwide.
What We Need:
You’ll need to be calm under pressure, humble, resilient, collaborative, curious, and have a great knowledge of the business through experience in previous project management roles. You must be very comfortable in environments that are new and dynamic, where the path forward isn’t always clearly defined. Our success profile:
Solutions Oriented: You focus on developing solutions and finding ways to get things done. You see opportunities, not barriers or silos.
Curious & Fast Learner: You are excited about what you’re learning and how you can apply it, so you learn fast and are quick to apply.
Risk-Taker: You’re willing to take risks, even if it means failure, because you know that without risk, there’s no reward.
Empowered: You don’t look to your leader to make decisions for you. You’re empowered to make the decision and be accountable for the outcome.
Resilient: Even under immense pressure, you’re not someone who cracks. Some of your best projects were successful under pressure. You bounce back and push through the tough times.
Humble: You’re the one we can count on to remain humble, and not worry about who gets credit for what. We’re a team and we all are designing solutions together.
Collaborative: Working together is what you love best, because you know the best solutions come from multiple minds, not just one.
Passionate: Taking initiative, speaking up, and showing drive are things you’re known for. You’re passionate about our business and how to grow it.
What We Offer:
Working with us means you’ll have the opportunity to lead workplace projects, hence transforming the way we work and how we manage our facilities. You’ll have the opportunity to leverage your strengths while continuously learning from the strengths of our networked team. You’ll get to work with a variety of people on a variety of projects in an environment that values innovative approaches and requires you to work across disciplines.
What You’ll Do:
Project Management. This is a new role on the team; you’ll have the ability to use your subject matter expertise in project and process management to help make our team a well-oiled machine. This high-speed environment will keep you on-the-go with both big and small projects both for our internal team and serving our clients. There’s no mindset of silos or “that’s not my job†on this team. There is no project or task too small or big for you and you live for that “on-the-go†feeling and thrive in high-speed environments.
