As part of Workforce Management, the Scheduler is tasked with creating Cast Member schedules to meet business demand. Schedulers must ensure that various guidelines are met according to collective bargaining agreements, labor laws, Company policies and Visa restrictions. This role engages heavily with Cast and multiple levels of leadership.
You will report to a Labor Manager with Workforce Management.
