Job Summary:

As part of Workforce Management, the Scheduler is tasked with creating Cast Member schedules to meet business demand. Schedulers must ensure that various guidelines are met according to collective bargaining agreements, labor laws, Company policies and Visa restrictions. This role engages heavily with Cast and multiple levels of leadership.

You will report to a Labor Manager with Workforce Management.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of the scheduler role include but are not limited to the following:

• Completion of weekly scheduling process, workload and staffing review and various labor audits
• Ability to professionally interact with Cast at all levels in multiple mediums (phone, email, etc.)
• Maintain and adhere to company policies and contractual obligations

Basic Qualifications:

You Will Have:

• Guest service skills
• Ability to build relationships through strong consulting and partnering skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to learn new software applications
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Problem solving and decision-making skills including the ability to reprioritize as needed
• Knowledge and understanding of the Union Collective Bargaining Agreements
• Ability to provide constructive role related feedback and coaching

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and/or experience in labor concepts, processes and systems (i.e. GEMS, CDS, MyTime, Cast Mobile, and EiSS)
• Training and operational experience

• High School degree or equivalent

Preferred Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
