What we’re looking for:

Essential

• Proven record managing a pipeline of work, in order to consistently deliver

• Experience working in a target driven environment

• Ability to work to demanding and unexpected deadlines

• Ability to demonstrate adherence to compliance guidelines and comply with all relevant regulatory requirements

• Strong literacy / numeracy skills

• Strong communication & reporting skills

• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to turn significant data into clear actions and trends to enable ownership

• Strong Excel skills

• Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)

• Strong inter-personal and relationship building skills

• Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism and competence to deliver outstanding customer service

• Proven record managing a pipeline of work, in order to consistently deliver

• Excellent attention to detail and strong root cause analysis

Desirable

• Previous experience of working within a financial services setting.

• Experience of working remotely

• Previous experience in Workflow manager / Planning / Forecast role
