POSITION SUMMARY
The Wholesale Marketplace Sr. Sales Advisor is responsible for consulting with clients to help them retain and grow their pharmacy business. This position is part of the Evernorth Wholesale Marketplace, a dynamic dedicated team servicing other PBMs and other unique clients. In this role, the candidate will support clients with their pharmacy sales strategy, including but not limited to refining a client’s value prop, financial and pricing support, enhancing market competitiveness, and RFP and finalist support. The ideal candidate has extensive PBM, Health Plan, and Pharma knowledge to help meet the evolving needs of the Wholesale Marketplace clients. The Sr. Sales Advisor will need to think strategically and leverage existing market relationships. In addition to collaborating with the clients’ pharmacy and sales teams, the candidate will work cross functionally with strategy, research, sales, account management, and other Evernorth functional areas as needed. This role is Flex/WFH which allows most work to be performed at home or on occasion at a Cigna office location. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
QUALIFICATIONS
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $112,700 - $187,800, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
