Functional Knowledge

• Play an integral role with development and management of the commercial opportunities within the in do-mestic/international, focusing on existing accounts and facilitating growth strategies; identifying new business opportunities and driving sales.

• Analyse and drive Y-O-Y growth of the business, ensuring a strong comp business and that Sell-thru is met at agreed Seasonal level all KPI’s are met.

• Work closely with Buying and Merchandising Core teams to build seasonal launch strategies with partners. and responsible for coordination of smooth implementation.

• Responsible for negotiating seasonal and full year budgets with partners ensuring positive growth in order to achieve and exceed Sales targets.

• Oversee and manage new openings with partner, working with Business Developer Manager and key cross-functional teams on partnerships.

• Support the Projection Process with accurate analysis of the business, buying trends & business needs specific to UK/International ensure New Look commitments have reduced oversold/undersold risk working closely with Global Merchandising Team ??

• Work closely with Head of, Business Developer Manager and Global Merchandising Team for account profil-ing, business review, sales forecasts, budget, and regular trade meetings with key accounts.

• Continually Collaborate with the Core Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure best practices are main-tained and ways of working efficiencies are continually developed.

• Present New Look collections to clients in conjunction with the Core Buying teams, with a central focus on building an assortment relevant to the account needs creating a tailored package with exclusive options where relevant and in line with Core Buying corporate strategy.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of domestic/international market.

• Present detailed feedback post market to the Core Buying & Merchandising and Ecom.

• Ensure the New Look brand integrity is consistently safeguarded and brand values are upheld in all dealings with partners.

Business Expertise

• 3+ years wholesale experience within fashion industry with a proven track record within strategic sales.

• Strong industry contacts/client base within key retailers across Domestic/International.

• Very personable with the ability to nurture and maintain existing customer relationships whilst assess prospec-tive clients.

• Highly motivated and target driven.

• A strong and passionate team player being confident, dynamic with good initiative.

• Flexibility to travel.

• Willingness to take on responsibilities outside a defined job scope.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced, high performance environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Microsoft Office literate.
