job Description
Wellness account consultant will work with commerical accounts to discuss and develop wellbeing strategy, introduce wellbeing programs/product and assist in implementation, evaluate program effectiveness and impact on population health of client and make ongoing recommendations for program improvement. Position will support both new and existing business. Wellness account consultant be point of contact for region for wellbeing program and product questions.

Required Qualifications
Minimum B.S./B.A in exercise science, health promotion, corporate wellness, nutrition, public health, health education or related field.
Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in health insurance or third party wellness vendor
Knowledge and understanding of carrier based care/disease management programs
Certified wellness consultant
Prefer residence in OH, KY, or within a 2 hour radius of Columbus.
Experience in designing and developing wellness programs
3-5 years experience in wellness program management

Education
Bachelors of arts or science (required)
Masters of arts of science (recommended)
