Position Overview
Precision Planting is seeking a Website Manager to manage all aspects of our website to join our team. This position will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and will work closely with the larger marketing team, agency developers, and partners to align, create, maintain, and optimize our company websites with a key focus on user experience. In this position, you will oversee content, design, UX, architecture, updates, analytics, and SEO on all web products to engage, attract, and convert our visitors.
Primary Responsibilities
Design and Development
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, external agencies, and contractors as needed to build a cohesive and integrated web presence with the goal of educating prospects, increasing conversions, and improving customer experience
Advise on the design and architecture of our web products with a focus on user-experience. Research how users interact with the web product and implement any needed changes to improve UI/UX and conversion rates
Content
Define website content strategy to guide, inform, and delight web users
Establish and manage workflows for requesting, publishing, and maintaining website content
Define, test, optimize, and launch SEO programs
Work with the Product Marketing Specialist to ensure websites are up to date with product offerings, functionality, and updated, relevant content
Performance
Leverage tools to monitor site performance, gauge web content effectiveness, and analyze website traffic, irregularities, issues, trends and opportunities. Then, share meaningful and actionable insights that help drive business goals
Ensure websites are built and expanded based on evolving technology and business needs
Desired Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience
An eye for user-centric design with a head for data-driven decision making
Technically savvy while being a creative thinker
Familiarity with HTML/CSS
Proven ability to manage external resources and collaborate with other functions in the company
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
