What will you be doing?
As a Webchat Adviser you would be responsible for identifying customer needs and determining appropriate actions for resolution, delivering commercial KPI’s within our Office space based in Bangor Northern Ireland and increasing our digital presence. Approaching every interaction with customers as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience, using solution-based selling and offering products and services that meet the customer’s needs. Retaining and growing our customer base.
