JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working on all aspects of our state of the art, inhouse developed, ecommerce platform. Our platform runs over 50 websites - including some of the biggest names in Retail
• Providing innovative, fast, and reliable websites, mobile applications, and platform tools that enable best-in-class Digital Marketing, Trading, UX, Payments, and Fulfilment
• Developing across the full-stack, and a range of exciting technologies
• Managing the full software development lifecycle, ensuring appreciation of quality assurance, continuous integration/delivery, and the benefits of automation
• Designing, developing, and testing, fast, scalable, and architecturally robust solutions
• Staying up to date with the latest technology and industry trends, continuously looking for ways to apply them for our benefit

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential Skills:

• C# / ASP.Net Core MVC / .Net Core
• Javascript
• HTML 5 / CSS
• Relational and NoSQL databases
• Microservices architecture
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Desirable Skills:

• Javascript Frameworks: React / Angular / React Native / jQuery
• RESTful Services / GraphQL
• Git or similar version control system
• Elasticsearch / Redis / MongoDB
• Apache Kafka / Event-based architecture and design patterns
