Costa has ambitious growth plans, with a vision to become the Worlds Most Loved Coffee company.  To support our Total Coffee growth we are seeking a Product/Web Developer to join our agile team in delivering across the entire product life cycle from concept to design, through to release and operation.

A bit about the role...

Reporting into the Lead Developer, this role is responsible for the delivery of quality products using industry standard and team adopted coding standards and processes to implement solutions using good quality and robust code. As an experienced Web Developer, you will partner with a wide range of stakeholders and roles (product owners, architects, quality automation leads, marketers, analytics experts, content authors, program leads, etc.) to ensure successful delivery of the right product built the right way.

• Participate in planning, design, and architecture sessions covering product and technical designs and architecture and implementations within the team and with external stakeholders
• Embrace continuous improvement as part of our Scrum process and ceaselessly seeks to improve as a team and individual contributor
• Continuously improves on developer craft by taking time to understand feedback, research and apply new approaches and learnings from others

• Proficient HTML5 (accessibility), CSS & JavaScript, HTML, styled components and chakra, Responsive Design, Cross-browser compatibility, REST, static site generators (Gatsby), Gitflow
• JavaScript: TDD/BDD experience, React, TypeScript, ES2020, React Testing Library, NPM, Yarn
• Cloud based experience, ideally AWS
• Desirables: CSS in JS, GraphQL, API CMS experience (Contentful), Node JS
