WEB DEVELOPER Responsibilities

Make changes to the web codes in order to improve website position• Track and analyze website analytics• Analyze reports to identify trends, issues, areas for opportunity and create actionable plans to improve KPI’s• Identify deficiencies and bugs and offer timely solutions• Work with editorial and marketing teams• Optimize landing pages for search engine marketing (SEM)• Provide accurate timelines and level of effort during all project phases

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as Web Developer or similar role• Previous experience with web analytics and marketing• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console• Excellent HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery) skills

Bonus points for:

• Experience with identify, troubleshoot, fix, and optimize websites for SEO• Previous experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy• Experience with email marketing services such as HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar• Experience or good familiarity with testing and analytics tools such as Firebase, VWO, Crazy Egg, HotJar, CallRail, and Mongoose Metrics
