As a Web Designer you will work at a Full Service Creative Agency in Rotterdam. Our client is known for her hands-on mentality and sense of humour. These Rotterdam characteristics, together with passion, knowledge and personal involvement, form the DNA of our client. In the past 15 years they have realized a wide variety of projects. From a secured back-end system with a hosting contract for a mental healthcare institution to Lifestyle apps and Webshops for High-end International Fashion Icons. All knowledge and experience from a talented team.

Due to the growth of the organization and the number of projects, our client is immediately looking for a driven Designer with a profound passion for design. Together with the Creative Director, you will come up with and design the most creative projects.

Salary Salary
indication of €2,500 to €3,500 gross per month. Dependent on knowledge and work experience.

We are looking for

• You have HBO work and thinking level and you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• It is an advantage if you have a completed education in, for example, Communication Multimedia Design or Graphic Design;
• You have experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bootstrap framework, Figma and MS Office package;
• You are creative and have an affinity with branding, customer journeys and concepting;
• It is an advantage if you have experience with print and animation;
• You master the Dutch language and have strong communication skills;
• You are available for 40 hours a week.

As a web designer you are full of good ideas. Together with the Creative Director you work on the most challenging projects when it comes to branding, customer journey and concepting. You shape this with your creativity. In consultation with the customer, you design well-thought-out websites/webshops in which design, conversion and user-friendliness are paramount. With every project you are the first to start with the correct inventory of the customer, but also of the target group. You map out the customer journey and translate this into design on the website. But you don't shy away from a challenge when it comes to designing corporate identities and brandbooks.

The Adobe packages hold no secrets for you and you are often the first to apply the new tricks. You can enthusiastically convince your customers of your design choices. In addition, you always remain curious about what is going on in the current design trends.
