As a Web Analyst your key responsibility is to convert data into actionable insights that can help us improve customer journeys and increase digital sales. You will be a key resource in building and strengthening a new Storebrand-wide web analytics community, being an ambassador of data-driven decisions. You will work alongside experts within web analytics and web development, and we will give you the tools, training, and certification to get the job done.

You will:

  • Work in a cross-functional team that is responsible for optimizing marketing and web performance across the entire customer journey. You will also work closely with the Digital product teams.
  • Monitor metrics and search for early signs of changes in the marketplace and customer behavior, continuously discovering new opportunities for growth.
  • Visualize data through dashboards and reports, as well as support ad-hoc analytics needs.
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives by analyzing user behavior and delivering recommendations based on this.
  • Plan, design and run data-driven experiments as well as deliver post-test analyses.
  • Manage goals, events, and conversion points across marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Campaign Manager and similar, cooperating with marketing/business stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

  • A data-driven person who is analytical and highly curious. You love learning new tools and keeping yourself up to date on best practice.
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in relevant fields preferable. Relevant work experience can offset a lack of formal education. And the right education and mindset can offset a lack of work experience – we are open to eager graduates.
  • Experience working with web analytics tools, using Google Analytics in combination with other data sources.
  • Experience working with AB testing and CRO is a plus.
  • Familiar with data & privacy policies, such as GDPR and Schrems II.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Excel, PowerBi, Data Studio, etc. You have knowledge of statistics.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • An excellent communicator with strong pedagogic skills.
  • Comfortable with English and/or Norwegian as a working language.
