We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Value Stream Manager supporting our Wear Components Business.
As a Warranty Process Analyst at Caterpillar, you will facilitate and lead warranty audits ensuring that claims meet established policy. You will consult on warranty processes and procedures and pursue improvement opportunities for both Caterpillar and dealers. The job requires individuals to actively contribute towards work group efforts and individual goals. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and a high level of accuracy are required to complete deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly warranty audits analyzing claims against established policies

Identify follow-up actions and ensure completion
Analyze data to identify trends, and inconsistencies, and verify accuracy
Initiate improvements based upon audit results
Provide training support for dealers and business partners
Create and update internal and dealer-facing communications
Support warranty team with fulfilling compliance requirements
Support the Warranty Service Desk by providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries
Basic Requirements:
Position requires a four-year degree from an accredited college or university
5 years of progressive job-related experience (product support, warranty, service operations).

Ability to effectively handle difficult and/or sensitive situations with the appropriate demeanor and professionalism to achieve desired outcomes
Knowledge of Caterpillar warranty policies and processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Broad company knowledge and understanding of dealer operations
Experience working directly with dealers
Experience with product support systems (SIMS, SCAS, SIS, PSCRM)
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
