Our client, an award winning supplier of luxury brands, are actively seeking a permanent night shift Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join their busy warehouse operation at their head office base in Dartford.

As the night shift Warehouse Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for the supervision of the warehouse operation, a team of warehouse operatives and the processes that underpin quality and service within their business. This role also involves responsibility for H&S, dealing with ER issues, process & compliance, productivity and achieving budgeted targets often within a fast paced and pressurised environment.

You will need to have the following experience for this role:

* Previous experience of Warehouse operations

* Experience of Supervising a team

* Customer focused and well presented

* Able to work well alone and as part of a team

* Flexible and self-motivated

* WMS experience essential

Hours are Monday to Friday - 11pm to 7am, commencing the shift pattern on a Sunday night at 11pm.
