In today's dynamic environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Customer Service and Logistics. What role will you play as a member of the Colgate's CS&L team? This position coordinates the shipping and receiving process from warehouse as well as quality review of product received. Provides support to the customer services team by ensuring the orders are delivered on time and provide support in the resolution of eventual problems.

What you will do

• Ownership of balancing end to end execution starting with the input from all sources with inbound capacity, along with output outbound capacity and maintaining adequate levels of warehouse space utilization by creating a short, middle and long term constrained plan
• Foreseeing and communicating potential issues when warehouse will become out of balance and take actions accordingly
• Work with 3PL’s to deliver continuous improvement projects to generate FTG
• Management of end to end operational tasks for respective DC locations including inventory accuracy and productivity
• Administration and control of all salvage orders to include; damaged goods, closeout and/or discontinued, SLOB, and any specific Supply Chain sku reduction requests.

• Management of operational OS&D claims process
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Requirements: 

●    Bachelor degree

●    3+ years of supply chain experience
●    Strong communications, analytical, management and interpersonal skills necessary.
●    Good working knowledge of Excel, and google tools
●    Working knowledge of warehouse operations (desired)
