Warehouse Operative / Stores Assistant - Loudwater - Permanent

Join us as a Stock Assistant, where you’ll provide a World Class Costa Express experience to our partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.  A key role in the business, where you’ll ensure spare parts are picked for Brand Standard Team and Field Service Engineers, ensure all parts requests, both International and Domestic are dealt with inside the SLA and respond to queries, via e-mail and telephone, to give the highest levels of service to internal and external partners.

A bit about the role...

Reporting to the Inventory Team Leader, this role is responsible for dealing with all general stores enquires and other daily tasks that may arise, managing and responding to e-mails in Stores shared inbox and receiving deliveries.  You’ll also -  

• Work with Stores Team Leader to ensure all Emergency Part orders are dispatched within the SLA
• Liaising with couriers to organise deliveries within certain timescales
• Creating and processing daily replenishment parts pick for FSEs and BSTs, ensuring stock is booked out the day it is dispatched
• Picking and packing parts orders for International markets
• Processing and logging engineer used part returns, noting any non-compliance, and escalating where appropriate
• Conducting weekly stock takes of Stores
• Sharing best practice and knowledge with colleagues
