JOB DESCRIPTION

This position supports operations by safely and efficiently transporting parts and finished goods as required.  This position completes tasks in various warehouse locations assigned by the Production Coordinator. 

• Uses various forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, distribute and store materials throughout the facility. 
• Completes tasks in various warehouse locations, using defined methods by Production Coordinator and standard practice. 
• Requires the ability to read Bills of Materials and Pick Sheets
• Requires the ability to accurately follow work instructions, as needed
• Training will be provided for the operation of the power industrial trucks necessary to complete job tasks.
• Support and adhere to all EHS policies and procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma is required
• Qualified candidates must have strong attention to detail
• Qualified candidates must be able to read pick sheets.                         
• Qualified candidates must be able to pass all Powered-Industrial Truck Certifications needed to successfully perform all job tasks.
• Qualified candidates must be able to pass all EHS Safety requirements and recertifications at required intervals
• Experience in material handling preferred
• Experience in heavy manufacturing or heavy assembly is a definite plus
• Candidates must also have strong attention to detail and be flexible with assignment of job tasks.
• Candidates must be able to learn job tasks associated with assembly positions, if necessary.
