SUMMARY:                      

The Inventory Control Clerk will manage all clerical duties related to controlling inventory, assist with cycle counts and update tracking system.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage entering bulk tickets into OBMS.
  • Update OBMS with pick tickets.
  • Release boat motors through OBMS.
  • Assist with cycle counting in Warehouse.
  • Research to find information to enter boat weights in shop floor system.
  • Ability to update spreadsheets used to track BI.
  • Manage entering information in shop floor in regard to loads in OBMS and load plans.
  • Track and complete service tubes and rub rail inventory sheets.
  • Complete wood shop supplies inventory.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient computer skills with strong Excel experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of inventory processes.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One to three years of related experience preferred.
